*Confidentiality Agreement*

1. **Reading the Akashic Records:**
   The insights obtained from reading the Akashic Records are considered confidential. Clients are obligated to maintain the privacy of the information and shall not share, disclose, or reproduce any details from the reading without obtaining written consent from VikiSeraph. VikiSeraph also commits to keeping the information confidential.

2. **Energetic Healing:**
   Details of energetic healing sessions, including methodologies, discussions, and any information shared by the practitioner, are treated as confidential. Clients agree not to share or disclose such information without the explicit written permission of VikiSeraph. VikiSeraph reciprocally commits to maintaining the confidentiality of the sessions.

3. **In-House Treatment:**
   Information related to in-house treatment, including treatment plans, discussions, and any communication between the client and VikiSeraph, is confidential. Clients are required to keep such information private and should not share it without obtaining written consent from VikiSeraph. VikiSeraph also commits to keeping the client's information confidential.

4. *Cloud Records and Other Services:*

Any records stored in the cloud, including but not limited to client data, session notes, and related information, are considered confidential. Additionally, this confidentiality agreement extends to other services provided by VikiSeraph, including any other relevant (1:1) services. Clients agree not to access, share, or disclose these records and information without obtaining explicit written permission from VikiSeraph.

VikiSeraph commits to implementing reasonable measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of cloud-stored records and other services.

*Mutual Commitment to Confidentiality:*
Both parties, the client and VikiSeraph, mutually agree to uphold the confidentiality of all information exchanged during the aforementioned services. This commitment extends to any associates, employees, or representatives of VikiSeraph.

*Exceptions:*
Information may be disclosed if required by law or if there is an imminent threat to the safety of the client or others. In such cases, VikiSeraph may be obligated to breach confidentiality to ensure the well-being of all parties involved. for example court order, and or letter from a member of your familt or spouse. (Via any of our means: Email,Website (Chat or any other from of contact through or in the Website (vikiseraph.com))), social media forms of contact)
Aswell the client my speak freely with whome ever they what, but only topic to do with them (the client).

By engaging in these services, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the confidentiality terms outlined in this agreement.


*Privacy and Confidentiality of Personal Information*

1. **Email Addresses and Phone Numbers:**
   Clients entrust VikiSeraph with their email addresses and phone numbers, and VikiSeraph commits to treating this information with the utmost confidentiality.

   a. Any information unintentionally leaked by VikiSeraph, such as personal phone numbers or email addresses (excluding those associated with "VikiSeraph"), may not be distributed, shared, or publicly posted. In the event of such an occurrence, clients are requested to promptly contact VikiSeraph using the contact methods stated.

2. **Non-Sharing by Default:**
   By default, VikiSeraph will not share client email addresses or phone numbers with any third parties, affiliates, or external entities without obtaining explicit written permission from the client.

3. **Group Conditions Exception:**
   In the absence of specific written consent from the client, VikiSeraph will refrain from sharing email addresses and phone numbers in group communications, marketing campaigns, or public forums. VikiSeraph is dedicated to upholding the privacy of individual clients and exercising caution in the handling of such information. The company will make reasonable efforts not to use the client's second name in group sessions. However, there might be instances where the second name is used in 1:1 sessions for personalized communication.

4. **Usage of Contact Information:**
   a. VikiSeraph will only use the provided phone number to contact the client if the client opts in. The email address will be the primary method of communication, and VikiSeraph commits not to sell or spam for any reason.
   b. The use of the client's email in the "Testimonials/Review" page will only be for contacting the client if necessary. VikiSeraph reviews every testimonial before posting it publicly. If the client changes their mind, they are encouraged to contact VikiSeraph for removal.

5. **Opt-In and Opt-Out:**
   Clients have the option to opt-in or opt-out of specific communications or sharing arrangements. VikiSeraph will honor the client's preferences and will not share email addresses or phone numbers in a manner contrary to the client's expressed choices.

6. **Security Measures:**
   VikiSeraph will implement reasonable security measures to safeguard client information, including email addresses and phone numbers, from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

7. **Legal Compliance:**
   VikiSeraph may disclose client information, including email addresses and phone numbers, if required by law or in response to a valid legal process.

8. **Testimonials and Reviews:**
   a. The use of the client's surname/second name is solely for data protection and database usage tracking.
   b. Clients whose full names are publicly stated in testimonials have given their explicit consent for public sharing.

By engaging with VikiSeraph, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms of this privacy and confidentiality section, and VikiSeraph pledges to adhere to these principles in the protection of client information.

*AGREEING TO THESE CONDITIONS*

By providing my credit (“Payment Method”), I AGREE that I have read and understand this Agreement. In addition, I authorise VikiSeraph to charge the full amount required by my payment plan (initial payment, 3-month payment, and 4-month payment) to the specified Payment Method; and I authorise the financial institution for the Payment Method specified above to charge my account and remit payment for my service to VikiSeraph.

This authority will remain in effect until I give notification, as required under this Agreement, to terminate this authorization; provided, however, that no termination of authorization will relieve me of any obligation to pay amounts due for purchases I have made.
